LAS VEGAS — The Bullring, Las Vegas Motor Speedway’s NASCAR-sanctioned 3/8 mile oval, will celebrate Halloween with Speedfest 2009 on Saturday, Oct. 31.

It’s all treats and no tricks on this night as the thrilling SMRA Supermodifieds invade Las Vegas for a 50-lap feature.
